While studying International Business Administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business, Tobias developed an arbitrage software. His academic experience in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the Graduate School of Management and at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, where Tobias earned a Master‘s degree, has enabled him to build an international business network.
Tobias Reiter’s work experience in Africa, the U.S. and Asia as well as his various entrepreneurial activities allowed him to acquire international experience in the software development industry.

Before founding NGA Global, Jelena successfully run various Software Development companies. Jelena studied Computer Science in Serbia and France and holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. She brings a strong background in software development and engineering.
Her expertise in analytical business model assessment, market analysis and digital transformation are an essential resource for NGA Global. Jelena has built an extensive network across the globe and her business contacts in the Balkans are of the utmost importance to NGA Global.
Head of Software Engineering
After studying Computer Science and various positions in the IT industry, Marco joined NGA Global in 2018, where he is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, streamlining processes and product engineering. Marco, who started programming at the age of 12, is absolutely passionate about technology and digital transformation.
He is proficient in a myriad of programming languages, including JavaScript, Python and C++. Besides his strong technical skills, Marco can leverage his deep understanding of software product development.
Software Engineer
Prior to joining NGA Global, Nemanja worked as a Software Engineer at FitPass Serbia. Moreover, he has developed a myriad of projects in the Gaming industry as freelancer as well as developing his own mobile games. Nemanja is specialized in backend development, mainly focusing on PHP. He is always eager to learn new technologies and interested in working on new innovative projects, especially in the gaming industry.
Software Engineer
Lazar brings a strong background in backend development and Web development, mostly relying on PHP. Lazar studied Computer Science and has a strong professional experience in the IT industry. His passion for digital transformation and software engineering are an incredibly valuable asset to NGA Global.
